  • Items purchased during clearance or special sales may not be eligible for return unless defective.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos or videos may be required for verification.

5. Refund Policy

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or other agreed method.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective product.
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund if applicable.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery as per the return policy.
