Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

We aim to provide the best quality products to our customers. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Return/Replacement
We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • You have received a wrong product, or

  • The product is damaged, or

  • The product is defective

Proof Requirement
To be eligible, you must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video (from opening the package)

  • Supporting photos showing the issue

Time Frame
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return/Replacement Process

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your order details along with video/photo proof

  3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or return pickup (if applicable)

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only processed in cases where a replacement is not available

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer

  • Minor color/size variations due to screen differences

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

  • Missing proof (video/photos)

Important Note
Please ensure you record a proper unboxing video without cuts. This is mandatory for claim approval.
