Eligibility for Return/Replacement
We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

Proof Requirement
To be eligible, you must provide:

A clear unboxing video (from opening the package)

Supporting photos showing the issue
Time Frame
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Return/Replacement Process

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery

Share your order details along with video/photo proof

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or return pickup (if applicable)
Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed in cases where a replacement is not available

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

Minor color/size variations due to screen differences

Missing proof (video/photos)

Please ensure you record a proper unboxing video without cuts. This is mandatory for claim approval.
